Like numerous sought-after sneaker designs, the Nike Air Max 1 Patta x Parra "Cherrywood" has been manufactured in restricted numbers, contributing to its high demand by maintaining its exclusivity.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 1,079 EUR in 5 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.4% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 16.6% per year.
  • An Icon👟: The Nike Air Max 1 Patta x Parra 'Cherrywood' is the most popular sneaker collaboration of all time, bringing together three influential names in the world of sneakers and urban fashion: Nike, Patta, and Parra. Limited to only 250 pairs.

"One of my personal sneaker highlights. Everything is just right here: Iconic collaboration, limitation, and design. The attention to detail in the color selection and materials - a true work of art! Plus, there's a strong fan community behind the Air Max 1 silhouette - an investment that will pay off!"- Constantin Philippi, Sneaker Expert.

Why investing in The Nike Air Max 1 Patta x Parra "Cherrywood"?

This collaboration is the result of the union between two iconic brands in the world of urban fashion and sportswear: Nike and Patta, with the artistic contribution of Parra. This collaboration is part of a series of releases that have marked the history of collaborations in sneaker culture.

Nike
Founded in 1964 by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman, Nike is one of the leading brands in sportswear globally. It is known for its technological innovations in athletic footwear and its constant presence in pop and urban culture. The Air Max line, first introduced in 1987 with the Air Max 1, revolutionized the footwear industry by introducing a visible air unit in the sole, which forever changed the design and comfort of sneakers.

Patta
Patta is a streetwear fashion store based in Amsterdam, founded by Edson Sabajo and Guillaume Schmidt in 2004. The brand has stood out for its focus on authenticity and quality, as well as its collaboration with various renowned brands and artists in the streetwear scene.

Parra
Parra is the pseudonym of Dutch visual artist Pieter Janssen, known for his distinctive style that combines bright colors and organic shapes. His art has been a significant influence in urban culture and he has collaborated with several brands, including Nike, in the design of clothing and footwear.

About Nike Air Max 1 Patta x Parra Cherrywood
In 2009, to celebrate Patta's fifth anniversary, they introduced a collection of four collaborative models of Nike Air Max 1. In addition to the already advertised Chlorophyll, Purple Denim, Corduroy, and Lucky Green colorways, a fifth pair, even more legendary, emerged. The Nike Air Max 1 Parra Patta Cherrywood was released in extremely limited quantities in 2010. It is rumored that there were only 250 pairs. With a rich burgundy suede and asymmetrical burgundy and blue Swooshes, the shoe quickly became one of the most sought-after designs in the Air Max line. They are highly valued in the resale market due to their rarity and demand.

Why invest in a Kelly Bag?
The Enduring Charm and Sophistication of the Iconic Kelly Bag

Originally known as the Sac-à-Depêche and crafted by the prestigious French luxury house Hermès in 1935, the iconic Kelly Bag later garnered its name from the revered American actress and Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly. Grace Kelly's association with the bag, particularly using it to shield her pregnancy from the paparazzi, added to its allure and enigma. Since then, the Kelly bag has become synonymous with timeless elegance, impeccable craftsmanship, and unparalleled style, establishing itself as one of the most sought-after luxury handbags globally.

Exclusivity and Rarity in the Hermès Market
Hermès is famed for its stringent buying policies, which restrict the number of bags an individual can purchase annually. By deliberately maintaining limited production, the brand ensures waiting periods of several years for prospective buyers. Consequently, the secondary market emerges as a preferred avenue for those seeking to circumvent waiting lists. Even pre-owned Kelly bags in heavily used condition command prices surpassing 10,000 euros, underscoring their extraordinary scarcity and desirability.

Why a Mini Kelly?
The Mini Kelly is a downsized version of the classic Kelly bag, designed for those who prefer a more compact and lightweight option. Despite its smaller size, it retains all the hallmark features of the larger Kelly, including the meticulous craftsmanship and luxurious materials. The Mini Kelly is highly coveted among fashion enthusiasts and collectors due to its rarity and exclusivity. It's often seen as a symbol of sophistication and refinement, making it a timeless accessory that transcends trends. Its diminutive size adds to its charm, making it an ideal choice for occasions where a smaller bag is preferred, while still making a bold fashion statement.

Origins and Evolution
The earliest known Mini Kelly dates back to 1957 and was produced with a mid-length shoulder strap. However, the iconic round top-handle, which collectors affectionately refer to as the “bracelet handle,” didn’t make an appearance until 1980.
The original Mini Kelly wasn’t an instant hit during its debut era. Despite being beloved by fashion-forward icons like Elizabeth Taylor (who owned three in her collection), it was generally considered too small for most women, especially during a time when larger bags were in vogue.

Auctions presence
In the eight years since the Hermès Mini Kelly 20 II was released, it’s auction prices have have remained elevated. The Mini Kelly sells for $8,000 in Epsom and $8,500 in Chèvre in Hermès boutiques but is selling for multiples of this value on the secondary market. This exciting new rendition of a timeless bag has proven to be a runaway success and smash hit with both experienced and young Hermès collectors. During the first years that these bags appeared at auction they averaged over $15,000, eclipsing the value of vintage Mini Kelly from the start. Since then, prices for all Mini Kelly bags have risen dramatically, with the average auction price in 2023 averaging $25,000-$30,000.

The 2024 outlook for the Hermès , Mini Kelly remains optimistic, with continued high demand. Leather Mini Kelly bags, labeled as "store fresh," are still fetching prices around $30,000 to $40,000 on platforms like Sotheby's, and sometimes even higher at auctions, depending on factors like color and production year. Although we're not observing the same peak prices as in 2022, demand remains robust. Leather Mini Kelly bags are preferred over exotic or vintage versions, maintaining their popularity among Hermès clientele. Despite fashion editors and designers shifting attention towards larger bags, mini bags, including the Mini Kelly, continue to be in high demand. The trend of layering smaller mini bags with micro bags remains prevalent in 2024. Additionally, the anticipated release of the leather Birkin 20 is expected to generate even more excitement, further fueling the frenzy surrounding mini bags.

The previous owner urgently needed liquidity, so we were offered this magnificent print by David Hockney at a price more than 25% below the current market value.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 882 EUR in 4 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.5% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 15.2% per year.
  • Cross-Generational Appreciation🖼️: Regardless of age, Hockney is a fan favourite. At 86 years old, his artistic production will inevitably slow down, decreasing the number of pieces available and driving up costs.

Who is David Hockney?

Born July 9, 1937, Bradford, Yorkshire, England. Is one of the most influential British artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, known for his versatility across various mediums including painting, printmaking, photography, and stage design. He studied at the Bradford College of Art (1953–57) and the Royal College of Art, London (1959–62), where he received a gold medal in the graduate competition and rose to prominence in the 1960s as a leading figure in the British Pop Art movement.

Exploration
Much of Hockney’s subject matter was autobiographical, including portraits and self-portraits and quiet incidental scenes of his friends and his quarters. The casual elegance and tranquil luminosity of these pieces also predominated in his still lifes.
Hockney’s exploration of photography in the 1970s resulted in creating photo collages known as "joiners" or "photomontages", these works, composed of multiple photographs stitched together, offered a unique perspective on the passage of time and space.. He published several series of graphic works in book form, including illustrations for Six Fairy Tales of the Brothers Grimm (1970) and The Blue Guitar (1977). Hockney also achieved international prominence as a stage-set designer for the opera and ballet.

Interest in new technologies
In 2010, David Hockney visited Yosemite National Park with a new Apple invention: the iPad. He was one of the first to recognize the device's potential as an artistic tool and used it to create the 26-piece Yosemite Suite while in the park. This demonstrated Hockney's status as a modern-era artist and established a unique and pioneering aesthetic in the Yosemite Valley. To this day, he remains a staunch advocate of technology as a tool in art.

"Platinum as an optimal and complementary precious metal, offering both stability and a certain degree of risk tolerance for the portfolio." - Head of Trading, philoro SCHWEIZ AG

Why Invest in Platinum?

Versatility and Diversification
Platinum, a precious metal utilized across various sectors, is often grouped alongside gold and silver. Its usage in jewelry and as a method of diversifying investment portfolios makes it an attractive option for investors.

Key Role in Vital Industries
Platinum plays a crucial role in catalysts employed in diesel engines, making it indispensable for emission control. Additionally, it is the preferred metal in the expanding green hydrogen sector, acting as a catalyst in crucial applications like electrolyzers and hydrogen fuel cells.

Supply and Demand Dynamics
The price of platinum is significantly influenced by the interplay between supply and demand. Recent years have witnessed market shortages due to escalating demand and labor strikes in key mining regions.

Positive Outlook and Strong Fundamentals
Despite challenges, platinum maintains a promising outlook due to its robust fundamentals. Its cost-effectiveness compared to palladium in catalysts further enhances its attractiveness for investors. Moreover, platinum's enduring appeal persists despite the global shift towards electric vehicles and technological advancements.

Resilience in Economic Uncertainty
Similar to other precious metals, platinum is often viewed as a safe investment during periods of economic instability. Its value tends to remain steady or even rise when other investment avenues may be faltering.

Potential for Growth in the Medical Sector
Platinum also finds applications in the medical field, including its use in pacemakers, stents, and cancer treatments. With ongoing advancements in medical technology, the demand for platinum in this sector could increase.

Dominance in the Hybrid Vehicle Market
Although fully electric vehicles do not require platinum, it remains essential for hybrid vehicles. The hybrid vehicle industry represents a substantial market where platinum is anticipated to maintain its dominance.

"Step into the world of captivating artworks for sale by the talented Ksenia Pasyura. Born in Ukraine in 1986, the London-based artist is known for her vibrant paintings that explore the human form. Her work blends traditional portraiture with abstract elements, transforming bodies into surreal compositions. She delves into the relationship between the mind and the body, using humour and playful motifs to challenge ideas of beauty and identity." - James Kerbey, Expert at Maddox Advisory.

Who is Ksenia Pasyura and why invest in her?

Ksenia Pasyura, born in 1986, is a London-based visual artist and painter. Her artistic endeavors are characterized by a profound exploration of the human body in various manifestations. Pasyura's vibrant and dynamic artworks combine elements of traditional portraiture with abstract expressionism, offering a surreal interpretation of the human form.

Artistic Approach
Delving into the intricate relationship between the mind and body, Ksenia Pasyura depicts human figures in her paintings with distinct features such as unnaturally wide smiles, disproportionately large feet, and contorted anatomies, deliberately eschewing traditional gender norms. This intentional departure from conventional representation underscores her belief that the body serves as a canvas reflecting the complexities of the human psyche and emotions.
Employing humor and carnival-like imagery, Pasyura's creations exude layers of complexity and irony, challenging viewers to reconsider conventional standards of beauty and identity. Through her depiction of figures with distorted limbs and enlarged eyes, she prompts contemplation on the nature of embodiment and self-perception. These figures emerge as potent symbols, encapsulating the contradictions inherent in the human experience.

Exploration of the Grotesque
Pasyura confronts the contentious theme of the grotesque, which contemporary culture often marginalizes, celebrating bodies deemed unattractive or unconventional. Her large-scale compositions, characterized by vibrant hues, defy societal norms by elevating these supposedly unpleasant forms. Beyond their visual impact, Pasyura's paintings convey nuanced narratives, wherein her subjects emanate a sense of levity and joy, challenging established ideals of beauty and prompting reflection on the subjective nature of aesthetics.

As with many coveted sneaker models, the Nike Off-White Air Jordan 1 "Chicago" has also been produced in limited quantities. This limited availability helps to keep demand high.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 990 EUR in 5 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 3.1% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 14.7% per year.
  • The sizes👟: Small sizes are generally the most valuable in limited Air Jordan 1 versions. The Asian market, in particular, is a potential buyer for a future exit. The three pairs included in the investment opportunity are sizes USD 4, 7, and 11.5.

"An investment in the bundle is certainly a unique opportunity. With the rare sizes US 4, US 7, and US 11.5, this set offers an unbeatable combination. The coveted US 4 size adds additional collector's value to this bundle and promises outstanding appreciation. A great opportunity to invest in the future of sneaker culture." - Constantin Philippi - Sneaker Expert

Why are you investing in the Nike Off-White Air Jordan 1 Chicago?
Iconic Collaboration and Design

In September 2017, Nike and Virgil Abloh's Off-White launched a monumental collection called "The Ten." In this unique compilation, ten of the most prestigious Nike shoes received a refreshing Off-White design. The American sneaker magazine Footwear News crowned the Nike Air Jordan 1 Off-White 'Chicago' as the Sneaker of the Year 2017, and this award was well-deserved. Hardly any other shoe release could generate a comparable hype in the same year. For sneaker enthusiasts, it became the new Holy Grail, and for Virgil Abloh, the then CEO of Off-White, as well as for Nike, it marked the beginning of a long-standing partnership. First and foremost, the iconic 'Chicago' colorway in red, white, and black catches the eye. Furthermore, the "unfinished" look is remarkable, especially the Nike Swoosh, which is attached with striking blue stitches. The famous red Off-White tag on the shoe actually sparked discussions among sneaker enthusiasts for the first time in 2017: should it be cut off or left on? The characteristic quotation marks of Off-White can be found on the midsole. A minimalist "AIR" is visible there, fitting for the Air Jordan. The box is also noteworthy: the cardboard aesthetic has been moved outward and printed with the word "Jumpman," while inside, a golden Jumpman logo shines on a black finish.

Cultural Phenomenon and Resale Value
Beyond its design, the Off-White Air Jordan 1 Chicago has become a cultural phenomenon, embodying the fusion of streetwear, high fashion, and sneaker culture. Its limited availability and skyrocketing demand have propelled it into the realm of coveted collector's items. As a result, resale prices often soar well above retail value, making it an attractive investment opportunity for sneaker enthusiasts and investors alike.
The appreciation and potential for the future are particularly exciting with this bundle. At its release in 2017, a pair of the sneakers cost €179. Of course, only a few people had the chance to even get a pair. The sizes offered here are so-called "money sizes" - meaning they are particularly valuable. The US 4 is considered the rarest size of the Off-White Air Jordan 1 models.

Sizes
Small sizes are generally the most valuable in limited Air Jordan 1 versions. A US 4 of the Off-White Chicago is offered on platforms like StockX for €14,000, a US 7 for €12,000. Even if they are not sold immediately for these prices, there will always be someone who needs the shoes in exactly that size. The Asian market, in particular, is a potential buyer for a future exit.

Limited Availability
Like many coveted sneaker models, the Nike Off-White Air Jordan 1 "Chicago" has been produced in limited quantities. This limited availability helps to keep demand high.

Increasing Appreciation
Since its release in 2017, the Nike Off-White Air Jordan 1 "Chicago" has experienced continuous appreciation in value. Back then, the shoe cost €179. Collectors and investors recognize the potential of this shoe as a long-term investment, as it is not only a fashion accessory but also carries cultural significance.

Dalí's representations of skulls reach prices of up to seven times the purchase price: in 2020, the year of the pandemic, a skull by dalí sold for over 736 thousand USD.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 735 EUR in 4 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: Mit nur 2,1% jährlichen Gesamtkosten (inkl. Ausstiegsgebühr) kann dein Nettogewinn beeindruckende 10,1% pro Jahr betragen.
  • Paper Gems🖼️: Making up for a significant part of Dalí’s market, works on paper include drawings, collages, watercolors and other techniques and are often a more direct expression of artistic creation. In the case of Dalí, they form a stable for the understanding of his artistic innovations, which lasted throughout his career and allowed him to revisit his favorite motifs from new angles over and over again. Dalí often included skulls and other representations of death in his work to show the unavoidable passing of time, one of his favorite motifs. The world famous “The Persistence of Memory” in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York, is one of this type of works.

"The artwork is offered significantly below its market value, which allows for immediate built-in gain for investors" - Javier Lumbreras, CEO at Artemundi.

Who is Salvador Dali?

Salvador Dalí, born in Figueres, Spain, in 1904 is one of the most popular artists of the 20th century and his work is exemplary for Surrealist art. His paintings, sculptures and works on paper adorn the most prestigious museums around the world including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, The National Gallery in Washington DC and the Tate Modern in London. Dalí’s creations shaped art history and were often inspired by his most important muse, his wife Gala, whose name features in many of his signatures.

Salvador Dalí: A Surrealist Icon
Coherent yet truly unique are each of his artworks and especially the finely executed masterpieces enjoy a lastingly stable position in the art market. Although one of the most recognizable artists of our times, the Dalí market remains more accessible when compared with other top-level artists. In the last two decades, the total turnover of all artworks sold at auction by the artist surpassed USD 400 million of which a fourth were paid for works on paper such as collages, drawings and watercolors, a remarkable percentage in comparison to other high-ranking artists.

Twin Art
The chosen artwork does not only follow the positive trend set out by the Dalí works on paper market but also holds another considerable argument in its favor: this artwork is actually the complement to “Hidden Faces”, the cover that Dali created including the Mona Lisa, offered last year by Artemundi. While “Hidden Faces” decorated the front of his only novel (Rostros Occultos), “End” was intended to be the back cover and consequently the two works are connected artistically. In Dali’s home country Spain, Rostros Ocultos (Hidden Faces) was censored: thirty pages of eroticism did not make it to print and only saw the light in France, England and the United States. From experience, art historical importance like this positively translates to an artworks market value.

Why "End"?
A skull with crossed bones in the center of the artwork is topped by the word FiN (Spanish: end), which gives the title to the work. While the skull appears painterly elaborated and detailed, the bones are painted with broader and less precise brushwork, loosely indicating the shadows of the objects. The equally yellowed skull that forms the centerpiece of the composition is covered by three wasps, which seem to move over its deteriorating structure. To the upper right of the skull and like a visual extension of the written word FiN, there is a little figure with Catalan barretina and crutch. Both, the figure as well as the skull and bones are painted with bright colours that contrast the grey background owed to the uncovered support, which is grey cardboard. Below the crossed bones, Dalí placed his signature and dated the work in prominent manner including the inscription “BRUNETiTiTiTiTUS / G. S. D.”. The present artwork has been in only one private collection before being bought for fractional ownership and is entirely new to the market, something that generally positively affects the price.

Willem is rapidly gaining popularity in the auction world thanks to his lively, unconventional, and whimsical approach, captivating audiences with his vibrant style.

"Albert Willem is a Belgian artist who started painting at 36 and quickly established himself on lnstagram. His work broke out onto the auction market in May 2022 and rapidly peaked at $213,955 by the end of the Spring. In January 2023, a bidder pushed the artist's record to $295,219 at Sotheby's with The mountain air provided a pleasant atmosphere." - James Kerbey, Expert at Maddox Advisory

Why Albert Willem?
Belgium (1979)
Albert Willem, born in Brussels, is a contemporary figurative artist celebrated for his whimsical and humorous paintings done in a naive style. Despite lacking formal art education, he immersed himself in galleries, museums, and engaged with art through social media. Although he had a talent for drawing as a child, he didn't pick up a pencil again until he was 36, as university and family obligations took precedence. About four years ago, Willem reignited his passion for art when he decided to adorn his home with his own paintings. Rediscovering joy in the process, he has since dedicated all his spare time to his artistic pursuits, describing this resurgence in art as a "midlife crisis."

Artistic Style
Over the years, Willem has experimented with various mediums and techniques, from nail polish to spray paint to textile art. Currently, he primarily uses acrylic paint coated with a high gloss varnish for vibrant hues. While most of his pieces are on canvas, he also utilizes cardboard from online purchases as an alternative canvas. His artistic process is rapid, often completing artworks within 48 hours.

About His Artworks
Willem's paintings are characterized by their simplicity, rawness, and sometimes an intentionally unfinished quality. They boldly display his technical skill at a basic level while capturing the uninhibited energy of an amateur free from traditional constraints. His works depict everyday life in a light-hearted yet ironic manner, often avoiding complex themes. Using humor, he addresses both past and present anxieties, such as his fear of dance floors. Influenced by artists like LS Lowry, James Ensor, and Breugel the Elder, Willem adds a contemporary twist while retaining elements of normalcy and primitivism. His artworks have been showcased in Germany, Russia, and Belgium.

The Infinite Conga
In January 2021, Willem initiated a project called the 'never-ending conga line'. He creates an uninterrupted line of dancing figures on multiple pieces of cardboard, continuously extending the line by adding more dancers on subsequent pieces. This artwork can be divided for purchase, enabling buyers to collectively own segments of the dance and share in the art experience.

Rising Star
Willem credits much of his artistic development to social media, where he spends at least two hours daily learning from fellow artists. His art evolves continuously as he experiments with different styles, themes, and techniques. His rapid ascent to fame has surprised even himself, with his artworks consistently surpassing auction estimates by a factor of 10 or more. Particularly noteworthy is his piece Snowbound (2021), which sold for an astonishing $225,000 at Sotheby’s Hong Kong, far exceeding its estimate of $13,000 to $19,000. Out of the 14 works sold at auction in 2022, half fetched over $150,000 despite conservative estimates.

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 863 EUR in 3 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.3% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be an impressive 9.5% per year.

"Diamonds weighing over 1 carat and with the highest grading, like the brilliant present, are extremely rare. Nature has not produced diamonds for millions of years, making them a finite resource. These factors contribute to natural diamonds being very stable in value and thus serving as a hedge against inflation. Diamonds are physical assets highly valued worldwide." - Patrick Zeunert, Founder of The BrandZ GmbH

Why Invest in Diamonds?
Physical Asset
Diamonds symbolize a concrete investment that can be physically possessed, unlike stocks or bonds, offering a feeling of ownership and pleasure. Learn more about the world of Diamonds.

Preservation of Value
For ages, diamonds have been acknowledged as a way to safeguard wealth because of their enduring nature and ability to withstand corrosion, rendering them a dependable choice for long-term investments.

Protection Against Inflation
Like real estate and gold, diamonds can act as a safeguard against inflation, potentially appreciating in worth over time to match or even surpass inflation rates.

Ease of Transport
Diamonds are easily transportable, which enables international diversification and enhances their value as a mobile asset.

Diversification Benefits
Diamonds provide diversification advantages due to their potential low correlation with conventional financial markets. This implies that their worth might not consistently align with stocks, bonds, or other investment vehicles, thus mitigating overall portfolio risk.

Stability
In the last five years, diamonds weighing between 1 to 2 carats have shown an annual fluctuation of less than 2%, suggesting they represent a relatively consistent investment choice.

Inherent Value
The scarcity of diamonds, along with the considerable resources needed for their mining and refinement, imbues them with inherent worth, offering investors a feeling of reassurance.

Why This Diamond?

Focus on Liquidity Depending on Size and Quality Within the jewelry sector, diamonds sized between 1 and 2 carats and graded as D-IF or D-Fl are regarded as top-tier and easily tradable. Widely utilized in engagement rings and upscale jewelry pieces, these diamonds are prized for their scarcity and worth. The 1 to 2-carat range is especially sought after for engagement rings because it offers a blend of size and cost-effectiveness.

Highest Grade: D-IF
The D-IF grade represents the color and clarity of the diamond, where D signifies the topmost color grade (entirely colorless) and Internally Flawless (IF) indicates that the diamond lacks internal flaws when examined at 10x magnification. Nonetheless, IF diamonds might possess minor surface imperfections, although they remain imperceptible under 10x magnification.

  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 3.0% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 18.9% per year.
  • Highly limited🗝️: The sneaker's ties to the iconic horror character boost its desirability among both sneaker and film enthusiasts. Only 30 pairs exist in the world.

"The Nike SB Dunk Low 'Freddy Krueger' is a rare opportunity to invest in a legend. With only 30 existing pairs worldwide, cultural relevance, and impeccable condition, this sneaker is an essential investment for any collector and connoisseur." - Constantin Philippi - Sneaker Expert

Why invest in Nike?
Nike, a titan in athletic footwear, embodies innovation and style in the sneaker world. From its origins in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports to its global stature today, Nike has redefined the sneaker game.

Central to Nike's success is its relentless pursuit of pushing boundaries. The Air Jordan line, born from collaboration with Michael Jordan, transcended sports to become a global fashion icon. Nike's technological leaps, from Air cushioning to self-lacing Adapt BB, showcase their commitment to innovation.

In the midst of this, the Nike Dunk has emerged as a cultural phenomenon. Originally a basketball shoe, the Dunk's versatile design and colorways have made it a streetwear staple. Its resurgence in recent years, with collaborations and limited releases, underscores its enduring appeal.

Nike's marketing is equally iconic, with slogans like "Just Do It" inspiring generations. Collaborations with Kanye West and Travis Scott solidify its place at the nexus of sports and culture.

Today, Nike's sneaker empire thrives, offering classics like the Air Force 1 alongside cutting-edge releases like the React Infinity Run. Nike isn't just selling shoes; it's selling a piece of history, a slice of culture, and a symbol of excellence.

Why invest in the Nike SB Dunk Low Freddy Krueger?
The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro 'Freddy Krueger' stands as a legendary yet unreleased gem among Nike SB Dunk collections. Intended for a 2007 release as part of the 'Horror Pack', which also included the 'Jason Voorhees' Nike Dunk High and the 'Dawn of the Dead' Nike Air Trainer One, it never reached the official sales channels.

This sneaker was a homage to the infamous antagonist from the Nightmare on Elm Street series. Its design featured the iconic red and green striped pattern of Freddy Krueger's sweater across the shoe's base, complemented by beige leather overlays dotted with blood splatter. The design of the Swoosh mimicked the razor-sharp blades of Freddy's notorious leather glove.

Due to speculated legal challenges, this sneaker never hit the shelves, marking one of the most intriguing chapters in Nike SB lore. Rumor has it that Nike destroyed the produced pairs, leaving only up to 30 pairs to escape into the wild, coveted by sneaker collectors worldwide.

This sneaker is considered one of the most elusive Nike Dunk SBs ever conceived.

The price range starts from $33.000 and going up to over $100,000, reflects the extreme scarcity and demand for these sneakers. Factors like overall condition and size can significantly influence their market value. A "Deadstock" condition, which means the sneakers are brand new and have never been worn, can command the highest prices in the resale market due to their pristine condition.

Some samples of the Nike SB Dunk Low "Freddy Krueger" were deliberately damaged, such as having holes in the soles, as a measure to prevent resale. These samples are often prototypes or versions not intended for retail sale, making them even more unique, though they do not fetch as high a price as those in deadstock condition due to their damaged state.

Collectors and enthusiasts value these sneakers not only for their rarity but also for their unique design inspired by Freddy Krueger's iconic sweater, blood splatters, and burnt skin, making them a remarkable piece of sneaker and pop culture history.

Her work blends traditional portraiture with abstract elements, transforming bodies into surreal compositions. Who is Ksenia Pasyura and why invest in her?

Born in 1986, Ksenia Pasyura is a visual artist and painter based in London. Her artistic endeavors are characterized by a deep contemplation of the human body in its various manifestations. Pasyura's dynamic and colorful creations feature a surreal fusion of traditional portraiture and abstract expressionism, transforming the human form into something unfamiliar and captivating.

Artistic Approach
Exploring the intricate relationship between the psyche and the body, Ksenia Pasyura's painted figures, marked by exaggerated smiles, disproportionately large feet, and contorted anatomies, intentionally defy conventional gender norms. This deliberate choice suggests that the body transcends its physicality, serving as a vivid canvas that reflects the complexities of human emotions and internal landscapes. Through the use of humor and carnivalesque motifs, Pasyura's works exude a sense of complexity and irony, prompting viewers to reconsider established notions of beauty and identity. With their twisted limbs and enlarged eyes, her painted figures evoke a sense of disquiet, inviting contemplation on our relationship with our own bodies and the contradictions inherent in the human condition.

Grotesque
Addressing the contentious theme of the grotesque, Pasyura challenges societal norms that often marginalize bodies deemed unattractive or disfigured. Her artistic compositions, characterized by bold colors and large-scale depictions, defy society's tendency to overlook these unconventional forms. Despite their visual impact, Pasyura's paintings convey nuanced narratives, wherein her subjects exude a sense of lightness and joy, subverting traditional notions of beauty and encouraging reflection on the subjective nature of aesthetic perception.

Who is Ksenia Pasyura and why invest in her?

Born in 1986, she is a visual artist and painter based in London. Her creative work is distinguished by its contemplation of the human body in all its forms. Pasyura's colorful and dynamic works feature a surreal blend of traditional portraiture and abstract expressionism, transforming the body into an unfamiliar flesh.

Artistic Practice
Ksenia Pasyura delves into the complex interaction between the psyche and the body. Her painted human figures, characterized by eerily wide smiles, disproportionately large feet, and twisted anatomies, notably lack conventional genders. This deliberate omission suggests that the body transcends its corporeality and becomes a canvas that vividly manifests the processes of the human psyche and the complex weave of emotional interiors.
Through her use of humor and carnivalesque motifs, Pasyura's works emanate a sense of complexity and irony, challenging viewers to question conventional notions of beauty and identity. Her painted figures, with bent limbs and amplified eyes, evoke a sense of unease, inviting the audience to reflect on how we inhabit our bodies. These figures become powerful symbols, emblematic of the contradictions within the human condition.

Grotesque
The artist addresses the controversial issue of the grotesque. Contemporary popular culture often marginalizes bodies considered unattractive or disfigured. However, Pasyura's artistic compositions, characterized by their large scale and vibrant color palette, defy society's tendency to overlook these seemingly unpleasant forms. Though visual in their application, Pasyura's paintings reveal a nuanced narrative, where her protagonists exude a subtext of lightness and jubilation, subverting conventional notions of beauty and inviting contemplation on the subjective nature of aesthetic perception.

"Argentine football superstar Lionel Messi is the best player in the world and is considered by many the greatest footballer to ever play the game. He is continuously breaking records and is singlehandedly rewriting the FIFA record books." - Rich Bonora, VP of Buiness Development at The Upper Deck Company

Why invest in Lionel Messi memorabilia?

Born on June 24, 1987, in Rosario, he is an Argentine soccer player widely considered one of the greatest of all time, which is why his figure is so sought after in memorabilia. He began his career in the youth categories of Barcelona at the age of 13, spent almost two decades there, and won more than 34 titles. He is continually breaking records and single-handedly rewriting FIFA's record books. He has won a record eight Ballon d'Or awards, six Golden Boots (for being the top scorer in European leagues), and was named FIFA's best player in the world on eight occasions.

Tegata
Lionel Messi is now the sixth athlete to be honored with a unique 'Tegata' memorabilia piece. A 'Tegata' is a traditional Japanese form of memorabilia reserved only for the most superior athletes. Using handmade Japanese Hamada paper, Messi dyed his right hand black and included an authentic ink stamp aligned with traditional craftsmanship. The overall memorabilia, measuring 36" wide by 36" high, includes an inset center of 9.5" by 10.5" on which Messi's hand has been tattooed and is surrounded by a double matte collage-style background featuring images of FC Barcelona. Messi underwent the 'Tegata' process under the supervision of UDA officials and assisted in the manual crafting of 20 authentic and unique stamps for the debut release. The limited edition item is guaranteed authentic through the five-step authentication process of "Upper Deck Authenticated."

World Cup 2022
Following the thrilling Qatar 2022 final between Argentina and France, items associated with Messi became the most sought after in auction spaces. Searches increased by 345% compared to their usual average. Messi items sold after the exciting final ended with prices that were, on average, 93% higher than their insurance value, highlighting how important an exciting match is to player asset demand.

"Messi-mania"
Messi's departure from Barcelona to PSG sparked a 1200% increase in searches for Lionel Messi-related collector's items in just one week, reaching its peak on the day he was presented with PSG; the same thing happened when he left PSG for his new team Inter Miami.
After capturing global attention with his successful stints at Barcelona, PSG, and currently at Inter Miami, the Argentine star caused a frenzy in the non-fungible token (NFT) market, driving up prices. One of his "rare cards" reached a value equivalent to $56,300, transcending football fields.

Auctions
Lionel Messi wore a football shirt during a 2017 El Clásico match between Barcelona and Real Madrid. The shirt sold for $450,000, breaking the previous record for a football shirt sold at auction. In 2021, a signed Adidas shoe used by Messi during the 2016-17 season sold for $173,000. The most expensive Lionel Messi autograph was sold in 2021 for the staggering sum of $704,000. The autograph was on a unique memorabilia piece, a Barcelona shirt worn by Messi. The most recent auction was six of the shirts Lionel Messi wore during Argentina's historic campaign at the 2022 Qatar World Cup, including one from their victory over France in the final, sold for $7.8 million.

"Banksy’s ‘Laugh Now’ monkeys illustrate a transitional moment in the artists painting technique, moving from freehand to stencil works. These chimp images were first executed on the streets and passenger trains in the early 2000s.
Along with rats, monkey’s continue to be one of Banksy’s most frequently used animal characters. Even though no street murals remain with this iconic stencil we are happy to be able to offer this highly desirable signed Artist Proof (AP) of this work published in 2003 encapsulating this classic Banksy image. TGB sees this print as the perfect Banksy investment opportunity. " - Bradley Ridge, Expert at TGB Contemporary

Why invest in Banksy?
Banksy's Urban Interventions

Banksy, perhaps the most famous figure in street art working today, is known for urban interventions that demonstrate irreverent wit and biting political edge. Enhancing his mystique by maintaining an anonymous identity, the artist has modified street signs, illegally printed his own currency, and illicitly hung his own work in the Louvre and the Museum of Modern Art. He often uses spray paint and stencils in his critiques of consumerism, political authority, terrorism, and the status of art and its display. His street art, installations, and studio-produced works have been shown in Los Angeles, New York, London, Bethlehem, and beyond. His art has been subject to widespread interest on the secondary market and has fetched eight figures at auction.

Why invest in Laugh Now?
The Iconic Laugh Now

A key theme recurrent throughout the artist's body of work, the despondent, stenciled monkey depicted in Laugh Now (2003) has become emblematic of Banksy. Initially commissioned by the now-defunct Ocean Rooms nightclub on Morley Street in Brighton, Laugh Now debuted as a six-meter-long, spray-painted mural situated behind the venue's bar, showcasing the monkey's figure repeated tenfold in succession.

The Legacy of Laugh Now
In 2003, Banksy released 150 signed and 600 unsigned edition prints of Laugh Now, alongside 69 artist's proofs. Subsequently, in 2008, the original Laugh Now was auctioned by Ocean Rooms at Bonhams auction house, fetching a sales price close to half a million US dollars. Presently, Laugh Now is globally recognized as an iconic Banksy piece and ranks among the artist's most sought-after prints. This print shows an impressive total growth of 236% over 7 years or 33.7% Average Annualized Growth Rate.

Symbolism in Laugh Now
Captured in Banksy's characteristic monochromatic style, the melancholic monkey in Laugh Now is adorned solely with a sandwich board bearing the inscription "Laugh now, but one day we’ll be in charge." The weighty board, coupled with the monkey's slouched posture and downcast gaze, conveys a sense of oppression or subjugation.

The Monkey Motif
Alongside the rat, the monkey stands out as one of Banksy's frequently utilized animal motifs. Employing animals as didactic symbols in his incisive social commentary, Banksy often employs satire to critique human behavior. The phrase emblazoned on the sandwich board - 'Laugh now, but one day we'll be in charge' - exemplifies the artist's adeptness at using text to convey potent messages to viewers.

Interpretation of Laugh Now
Laugh Now can be interpreted as a satirical take on contemporary politics or a critique of humanity's treatment of animals, particularly our primate relatives. By suggesting the monkey's readiness for revolt, Banksy's biting text carries both a mocking and menacing tone, serving as a warning to his audience of an impending upheaval.

  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.4% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 9.8% per year.
  • Buy the Dip🍷: The Bordeaux market saw a pullback last year (The Bordeaux 500 was -13.8% in 2023) and there is now excellent value to be found in the top names in the region especially as prices start to level out, and increase for some wines.

"Bordeaux is perhaps the most prestigious wine region globally, and for many years was the only region considered to produce truly 'investment grade' wine. Despite a boom in the wine markets over the past thirty years, Bordeaux still represents around 40% of wine traded on the secondary market, meaning that this region should form the cornerstone for any investment portfolio.

Often regarded as "over priced", a pull back in the wine markets in 2023 means that Bordeaux now represents exceptional value. This 'Bordeaux Royalty' collection allows investors to gain access to a diversified selection of iconic Bordeaux producers like Chateaux Lafite, Latour, Le Pin and Petrus, at a fraction of the cost of owning the wines outright" - Callum Woodcock, Expert at WineFi

Why Investing in the Bordeaux Royalty portfolio?
About Bordeaux

Bordeaux is the most prestigious wine region in existence. Until relatively recently, it was the only region considered truly ‘investment-grade’.
Whilst the wine market has expanded dramatically in the last thirty years, Bordeaux still makes up ~40% of secondary market trading volumes, meaning it should always form the cornerstone of any wine portfolio.
Known informally as ‘claret’, red wines from Bordeaux are known for their quality and ageability – essential characteristics in any investment-grade wine. In addition, the Chateaux included in this collection have timeless ‘brand equity’.
These factors led to Bordeaux sparking the ‘Asian Wine Boom’, that has led to an explosion of interest in fine wine from the Chinese market from 2005.
In 2023, Liv-ex Bordeaux 500 markets fell nearly 15%. As a result, this region represents exceptional value to investors looking to enter the wine markets.
The wines in this collection are highly sought after by collectors, and represent exceptional value in a soft market.

Château Lafite-Rothschild
Château Lafite-Rothschild is perhaps the most prestigious wine producer in existence, a title rivalled only by the best known names in Champagne and Burgundy.
One of just five ‘First Growth’ chateaux under the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, alongside Chateaux Latour, Haut-Brion, Margaux and, more recently, Mouton, Lafite-Rothschild has long been synonymous with luxury, being a favourite of the French Royal court.
Both the 2015 and 2016 vintages included in this portfolio are considered ‘Excellent’, bordering on ‘Legendary’ and these wines have decades of price appreciation ahead of them.

Château Petrus
Château Petrus is a small wine estate in the iconic AOC of Pomerol, comprising just 11.4 hectares. The prestige of this estate comes not just from the quality of the wine it produces, and the fact it produces no ‘second’ wine.
Such is this prestige that Château Petrus is believed to hold the dubious title of being the most forged wine in the world, Whilst the assets in this collection have perfect provenance, the fact that it is so frequently counterfeited speaks volumes to its status and prestige.
We are pleased to be able to offer a large format bottle of the 2007 vintage, which often commands a premium at sale due to its ‘crowd pleasing’ characteristics. This collection also contains two bottles of the excellent 2018 vintage, which achieved a rare 100/100 points from Wine Advocate.

Château Angelus
Chateau Angelus was one oft he first to capitalise on rising interest in Bordeaux from China and elsewhere in Asia. In part, some of their success in China was thanks to their logo, which shows a golden bell – referred to as ‘Kin Chung’ in China.
The 2015 was an Excellent vintage, and we are pleased to be able to offer this wine in magnum format. The 2021 vintage, also included in this collection, achieved strong critic scores and has plenty of aging potential ahead.

Château Canon
Chateau Canon hails from the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appelation, which produces wines under slightly tighter restrictions than other appelations to ensure quality.
The 2020 vintage is considered Excellent, bordering on legendary, and this wine achieved a rare 100/100 critic score from Wine Advocate.
Significantly, this wine is also priced at a low enough price point that it is consumed more regularly than some other wines in this portfolio. This leads to an accelerating declining supply-side, and an equivalent rise in supply.
A young Bordeaux wine, this has plenty of aging potential ahead of it.

Château Cheval Blanc
Located in St-Emilion, the “Chateau of the White Horse” is one of the most famous of Bordeaux, having gained its first medal at the 1862 Universal Exhibition in London.
Since then, it has gone on to achieve a reputation and price point comparable to the “First Growth” estates.
The 2015 vintage was excellent, and this wine achieved a rare 100/100 critic scores in Wine Advocate.

Château Figeac
Chateau Figeac is a highly regarded wine estate in Saint-Emilion, on the so-called right bank of the Dordogne river.
The 2016 vintage in Saint-Emilion was excellent, and this wine achieved critic scores of 97+ from Wine Advocate.

Château Latour
Alongside Chateaux Lafite, Mouton, Haut-Brion and Margaux, Chateau Latour is an iconic ‘First Growth’ producer, and one oft he most famous wine producers in existence.
Situated in the South-East corner of Pauillac, this estate has recently gained infamy amongst wine investors for cellaring their own wines for a decade prior to release.
The 2005 vintage, which we are glad to be able to offer within this collection, is regarded as ‘Legendary’. Often known as the ‘vintage of the century’, 2005 was the original Bordeaux vintage that sparked Chinese passion for fine wine. Whilst it has plenty of aging potential left, it has entered its drinking window – meaning we can expect an acceleration in the decrease of the supply side. It achieved excellent critic scores of 98+ from Wine Advocate.

Château Leoville Las Cases
Located in the Saint-Julien appelation of Bordeaux, Chateau Leoville-Las Cases is ranked as a ‘Second Growth’ in the 1855 classification – a rank of high prestige.
Like Chateau Canon, this wine is also priced at an attractive enough level that it is consumed more regularly than some ofhe ‘collectable’ wines in this portfolio. That means an accelerating supply-side decline, and an associated rise in price.
The 2020 vintage was excellent, and this wine has achieved 97+ critic scores from Wine Advocate.

Château Pichon Baron
Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron, usually referred to simply as ‘Pichon Baron’ is a prestigious Pauillac estate in Bordeaux.
It has a fascinating history, coming into being – along with its sister estate, Chateau Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande (‘Pichon Lalande’) in 1850 after Baron Joseph de Pichon Longueville gave one part of his estate to his daughter and one to his son.
Alongside 2005, the 2009 vintage is regarded as ‘Legendary’, with the year producing excellent wines across the board. This wine achieved critic scores of 96+ from Wine Advocate.

Château Ducru-Beaucaillou
Located in Saint-Julien on the so-called ‘left bank’ of the Gironde estruary, Ducro-Beaucaillou is a highly rated ‘second growth’ under the 1855 classification.
The 2005 vintage is regarded as ‘Legendary’. Known as the ‘vintage of the century’, 2005 was the original Bordeaux vintage that sparked Chinese passion for fine wine.
This wine achieved 97/100 from Wine Advocate.

Chateau Le Pin
Le Pin is a miniscule (2.7 hectare) property in the Pomerol district of Bordeaux. It is relatively young by Bordeaux standards, only being established in 1979. Since then, it has become an iconic wine due to its quality but especially ist very short supply.
The 2018 vintage was excellent, and this wine shows exceptional aging potential. It also achieved critic scores of 99 / 100 from Wine Advocate.

Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion
Not to be confused with its sister chateau, Chateau Haut-Brion, Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion is a highly regarded producer in its own right.
This wine is from an excellent vintage and achieved high critic scores of 94+ from Wine Advocate.

  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 3.7% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be an impressive 26.5% per year.

Why investing in Britt Boutros-Ghali?
Is a world-class artist following the tradition of the abstract expressionist giants, such as Helen Frankenthaler, Joan Mitchell, and Franz Kline.

Britt was born in 1937 in Svolvaer, in the Northern part of Norway, where the saturation of light in the summer was juxtaposed by the lack thereof in winter. She endured the harsh weather and daunting pressure of the Second World War. This emotional backdrop provided a fertile landscape for her bursting, colorful, and emotional work.

Britt has spent the last five decades living and working in Egypt where she is an integral part of the country's artistic community. Her art, characterized by vibrant colors and large-scale energetic paintings, draws inspiration from Egypt's rich and exotic culture. Employing "action painting", her work embodies a sense of spontaneity and creativity.

The physicality of Britt's work is evident through her seasoned and competent use of materials — the subject and outcome are determined through methodical structure, yet spontaneous in the outcome, hence allowing for the nature of the materials and her use of them to unfold and tell their mysteries. Today, Britt divides her time between Cairo and Agami, maintaining studios in both locations. Her residence and studio in Agami, situated west of Alexandria along Egypt's northern coast, reflect her deep affection for the region. The artist compound is a living piece of art, infused with intricately crafted mosaics and murals. Local artists, collectors, and individuals with a penchant for the unique frequently gather at her home, while art enthusiasts from around the world make the journey to meet her and acquire her work.

Willem is rapidly rising in the auction rankings. His bright, eccentric, and playful aesthetic has captivated people. His paintings always have a narrative, full of lots of action and humor.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 970 EUR in 4 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.7% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be an impressive 18.0% per year.
  • Auction Prices 🔨: Albert Willem has emerged as a rising star in the art market, with his works fetching an average selling price over the last 36 months that is +509% higher than estimated.

Why investing in Albert Willem?
Born in Belgium in 1979, is a contemporary artist renowned for his whimsical and clever paintings characterized by a simplistic style. Despite lacking formal art training, he immersed himself in the art world by frequenting galleries, museums, and engaging with art on social media platforms. While displaying early drawing talent during childhood, he paused his artistic pursuits between ages 12 and 36 due to academic commitments and family obligations. However, approximately four years ago, Willem reignited his passion for art and began creating paintings to embellish his own living space. Finding fulfillment in the creative process, he has since dedicated all his spare time to painting, describing his return to art as a "midlife crisis."

Artistic Approach
Over time, Willem has experimented with various mediums and techniques, including nail polish, spray paint, and textile art. Presently, he primarily utilizes acrylic paint with a high gloss varnish to achieve vivid colors. While most of his works are on canvas, he also repurposes cardboard from online purchases as unconventional canvases. His artistic process is swift, often completing paintings within 48 hours.

Painting Themes
Willem's paintings are marked by their simplicity and occasional lack of refinement, showcasing his basic technical skills while capturing the unfiltered energy of an artist free from traditional constraints. Depicting everyday life in a light-hearted and ironic manner, his works frequently feature humorous scenes, such as people quarreling at weddings or engaging in endless conga lines. Drawing on humor to address past and present anxieties, Willem's style is influenced by artists like LS Lowry, James Ensor, and Breugel the Elder, blending elements of normalcy and primitivism with a modern twist. His artworks have been exhibited internationally, including in Germany, Russia, and his native Belgium.

Rising Recognition
Willem attributes much of his artistic development to social media, where he dedicates hours each day to observing and learning from fellow artists. He believes that exposure to diverse art continuously shapes and evolves his own style. Despite starting from humble beginnings, Willem's ascent to fame has been extraordinary, with his artworks consistently fetching prices far exceeding initial estimates at auctions. His record-breaking sale at Sotheby's Hong Kong exemplifies the soaring demand for his art, with one piece selling for $225,000, well beyond its projected value. Of the 14 works sold at auction in 2022, half earned over $150,000 each, surpassing conservative estimates.

Why investing in Michael Jordan memorabilia?

Born on February 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, is an American basketball player widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time, which is why his figure is so sought after in memorabilia. He grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina, and excelled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1982, he scored the game-winning shot in the NCAA national championship game. In 1984, the Chicago Bulls selected him in the NBA draft. Jordan led the Bulls to six NBA championships in the 1990s. His collaboration with Nike resulted in the iconic Air Jordan sneakers.

New Beginnings Pack Shoes
The Michael Jordan "New Beginnings Pack" refers to a special release by Nike that commemorates Michael Jordan's early career and his introduction to the NBA and was released in 2020. It includes two iconic sneakers: the Air Jordan 1 Retro High 1985 and the Air Ship PE. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High 1985 is a reissue of the original Air Jordan 1 model that Michael Jordan wore during his rookie season in 1984-1985. This sneaker is highly coveted by sneaker enthusiasts and basketball fans alike due to its historical significance and timeless design.
The Air Ship PE is another classic sneaker worn by Michael Jordan during his early NBA games. Although less well-known than the Air Jordan 1, the Air Ship played a crucial role in Jordan's career and is considered a highly collectible item among sneaker collectors.
Both sneakers in the New Beginnings Pack are presented in their original colorways and are personally signed by Michael Jordan, adding to their value and desirability among collectors. The release of this pack offers fans an opportunity to own a piece of basketball history and celebrate Michael Jordan's legendary career.

Creation of an icon
Peter Moore, the first Creative Director for Nike who designed the Jordan. As the legend goes, in a meeting in Washington with Nike executives, David Falk (Jordan’s agent) suggested the name Air Jordan because of Michael’s ability to gracefully soar through the air while making his famous dunk shots. The rest was history. Aside from the innovative construction—the fixed straps to the forefoot and ankle for more stability, a heel cup for extra support, padded ankle collars for a more comfortable fit, air cushions, and the winged logo on the upper part of the high tops—the most notable innovation of the Jordan 1 design (and the most disruptive) was the color. In 1984, most NBA regulation basketball sneakers were simply all black or all white. Occasionally, the sneakers were white with the accent color of the team. Moore pushed this idea by creating Jordan 1 in red, black, and white—the Chicago Bulls colors. Because of this colorway, the Jordan 1’s nickname became “BRED”. Bold and braggadocious, the Jordan 1, like the player who wore them, received a lot of attention.

Forbidden
Each time Jordan laced up his Jordan 1, he was actually fined $5,000.00 per game. The shoes subsequently became known as “BANNED” —and Nike, smartly, decided to make lemons out of lemonade.
The NBA sent a letter to Nike in February of 1985 informing the company that Jordan’s colorful shoes were a violation of the league’s uniformity of uniform clause, and forbid Jordan from wearing them. Nike responded by creating an ad campaign around Jordan’s banned shoes, remarking that while “the NBA threw them out of the game, fortunately, the NBA can’t stop you from wearing them.” The Air Jordan 1s were created in the wake of the famous banned Nike ad campaign, and established MJ as the league's leader in shoe style.

Pass into history
By the end of the season, Jordan became the NBA Rookie of the Year—and Jordan 1 sales total $126 million. The sneaker became so popular and successful that Nike continued to make new signature Air Jordans each season. From the inception, Air Jordans have always been the pinnacle of sneakers, unmatched in their quality, craftsmanship, innovation, performance, and style. Was a fashion and marketing alley-oop—the pinnacle for an athlete branded product and a feat that wasn’t surpassed by anyone else. The result is that the Jordan 1s are some of the most coveted shoes today. In 2020, Sotheby’s auction house sold a pair of Jordan 1s for $560,000.

Picasso is renowned for capturing the essence of the individuals in his life, depicting his loved ones, offspring, close friends, and supporters in his art. Additionally, he devoted more than 500 pieces to fellow painters, including himself.

Main reasons to invest:

  • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 715 EUR in 4 years.
  • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 2.0% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be 9.4% per year.
  • Auction Prices 🔨: Picasso famously immortalized the people of his life and portrayed his sentimental companions, children, friends, and patrons. He also dedicated well over 500 works to painting artists, including himself. Here, many of his creations are directly drawn on paper or cardboard and reflect the immediateness with which Picasso tried to capture the process he was experimenting with. These works sell on average for over USD 400’000 in the last decade, with an upward tendency and a positive high-estimate-to-sale price ratio. Especially in 1970, Picasso repeatedly returned to the theme and created various versions of a painter seen in profile handling his color palette, pencil, or brush with differing levels of execution.

  • "Following the notable performance of the first Picasso offering we are please to offer another masterpiece by the best-ranking artist since decades, characterized by consistent price growth and resilience even in adverse market climates." - Javier Lumbreras, CEO at Artemundi

    Who is Pablo Picasso?
Undoubtedly the most influential artist of the 20th century, Pablo Picasso’s importance for the world’s cultural heritage is reflected in the constantly growing prices and appreciation for his artistic creation. He is currently the world's best-selling artist by volume and value and has defended his global art market dominance for decades. His name consistently features in the Top 10 selling lots of the most important auction marathons yearly. His works appear in all major museums and institutions, often representing the highlight of their collection. In 2023, the art world celebrated Picasso’s 50th death anniversary with numerous exhibitions dedicated to the artist and his ongoing impact on the following generations of artists. This also positively affected the market, and the total turnover of last year of the Picasso market surpassed USD 502 million USD, including the sale of Picasso’s Femme à la Montre, which sold for USD 139,363,500, making it the second highest-selling Picasso at auction ever and the best-selling artwork auctioned that year.
While Picasso created a vast output of artworks, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, and ceramics, his paintings and drawings determine his prominence as an artist worth acquiring. However, it is interesting to note that the number of works on paper and paintings that have come up at auction since 2000 makes up less than 10% of all lots offered. Yet, works on paper alone contributed 11% of the turnover since 2000, highlighting their economic importance in the Picasso market performance. As a supply of important canvasses dries up, we expect significant growth in beautiful, well, and fully executed drawings like The Painter II and The Painter III. In 2023, Picasso’s works on paper generated over USD 32.5 million, more than many other artists markets all categories combined.

    Why the Painter III?

The Painter III is a drawing from Picasso’s later years. It shows a precise, yet free composition drawn with colored crayons and filled with red, yellow, and blue details. A self-portrait, the artist rejuvenated in this work and presents himself with a clear and focused mind dedicated to his art, the irrefutable driving force of his life and career. It is a motif he turned to multiple times in the last years of his life. Still, it is a spontaneous creation that sparked Picasso’s interest in such a way that he reinvented it over and over again. The composition is drawn in the three primary colors, red, blue, and yellow, with few details in white and black It generously occupies the entire cardboard, often seen in Picasso’s work, almost eliminating the borders between the cardboard, the support of his creation, and the world around it.

The present artwork is the companion to Picasso’s The Painter II, which too was created on July 20th, 1970. With less detail and greater focus on the artist’s utensils Picasso slightly shifts the narrative of the repetition and visualizes the many aspects he was able to extract out of the same subject matter. Both works are offered through art investment expert Artemundi and a future sale of the works together will not only generate interest among private collectors but also attract art institutions, further boosting prices.

Artworks from the final years (1970-1973) make up 3.5% of all artworks sold at auction since 2014, which is in line with the average yearly output of the artist and shows Picasso's everlasting impulse to create art until the very end. However, the turnover of paintings and works on paper from the final years sold at auction since 2014 contributes close to 7% of the total turnover of paintings and works on paper from all periods. Evidently, paintings and works on paper from Picasso's final years have a strong standing in the Picasso market as their market value outperforms their market volume.

Saito's main market is lively and growing. The Saito Estate is exclusively represented by the James Fuentes Gallery, located in New York and Los Angeles. Nevertheless, with significant interest emerging in Europe, there are plans to incorporate prominent galleries and dealers beyond the United States.

    Main reasons to invest:

    • Return Potential📈: An investment of 500 EUR is projected to be worth approximately 1,107 EUR in 4 years.
    • Cost-to-Return Ratio⚖️: With just 3.0% annual total costs (including exit fees), your net profit could be an impressive 22.0% per year.
    • Auction Prices🔨: Saito's pieces have been sold at auction numerous times, and the market for his work has consistently seen price growth since 2019, with a notable increase of 296% over the past five years. Until 2023, auctions of Saito's work were primarily conducted by smaller auction houses. However, the recent involvement of major players like Sotheby’s, Christie’s, and Phillips indicates promising prospects for increased auction activity and continued price appreciation.

"Saito's market is growing rapidly, exclusively represented by James Fuentes Gallery in New York and Los Angeles. Plans are underway to expand to major galleries in Europe, with dealer prices closely aligned with Estate-set gallery prices, often fetching higher sums. Domestic-sized paintings typically range from $100,000 to $175,000, marking a significant increase of over 100% in the last three years. Recent auctions have shown a steady price progression, with a remarkable 296% increase over the past five years. The entry of major players like Sotheby’s, Christie’s, and Phillips promises increased auction liquidity and continued price growth." - Asher Edelman, Expert at M&A Arts

    Why invest in Kikuo Saito?

    Introduction to the artist
Kikuo Saito (1939-2016) was an artist known for his work in color field painting, as well as for his roles as a set designer and theater director. Born in Tokyo in 1939, Saito made a pivotal decision at the age of 27 to move to New York City in 1966, a decision that would initiate a significant and transformative phase in his artistic career.

    A Painter's Journey
KKikuo Saito, the painter, was celebrated for his versatility as an artist. While much attention has been given to his involvement in theater alongside figures like Robert Wilson, Peter Brook, Ellen Stuart, and Jerome Robbins, Saito remained fundamentally devoted to painting throughout his life. Despite his roles as an assistant to Helen Frankenthaler, Kenneth Noland, and Larry Poons, his contributions to the world of education, and his unwavering dedication, Kikuo Saito's essence was that of a painter, unwaveringly so.
Karen Wilkin, a renowned critic and curator of Color Field painting, reflected on Saito's journey, noting, "Even as he gradually shifted away from theater endeavors, he increasingly focused on painting, developing his own interpretation of Color Field abstraction. Saito's later works are distinguished by inventive, sometimes unexpected use of color, ranging from boldly stunning, with rich and varied intensities, to subtly subdued near-monochromes, as well as by expressive drawing…"

    Evolution of Color Field
Saito, the Color Field painter, initially influenced by Frankenthaler, swiftly ascended to his own realm of painting, surpassing even Frankenthaler's fluidity of paint. Much like Basquiat, who propelled abstract expressionist art into the realm of figurative and conceptual representation, Saito elevated Color Field painting to a heightened level, imbuing it with structured narratives and emotions, interspersed with elements such as objects, clouds, and Roman lettering.

    Recognition and Acclaim
"In her writing, Wilkin describes how memories or remnants of motion evolve into independent gestures on the canvas, unraveling into scribbles and fragments...sensuous entanglements and strokes nearly detached from any reference. Over recent years, collectors, critics, dealers, and institutions have increasingly recognized Saito's distinctive interpretation of Color Field and the beauty inherent in her works. Saito's pieces are featured in the collections of prominent museums and have been showcased in numerous solo exhibitions."

    Limited Supply and Growing Interest
After Saito's death in 2016, there hasn't been any new artwork produced, leading to a limited availability of his pieces. However, there's been a growing fascination with Saito's art, especially since prestigious auction houses like Sotheby's, Christie's, and Phillips have entered the market recently. This surge in interest is expected to boost auction activity and further elevate the value of Saito's work.
